Piper Ririe Thayne made her grand debut last night (August 3) at 9:09 pm. She weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19 inches long. She has red hair! According to grandma she came out with her eyes opened and screamed until she got her mommy. Both are doing well. We missed the birth by 20 minutes :( She is beautiful! Here are a couple photos...

I'm SO impressed that you're keeping your blog somewhat updated! Good for you! From your posts we definitely have a lot to catch up on when we go back to that place in a couple of weeks (I can't even say what it is just yet.....) I've missed you this summer!
